ANAPRI at COP28

In the pursuit of sustainable development and the fight against climate change, global cooperation and evidence-based strategies is very important. The Africa Network of Agricultural Policy Research Institutes (ANAPRI), in collaboration with USAID, Michigan State University (MSU), and Akademiya2063 (A2063), seized the spotlight during COP28 in Dubai with a dedicated session titled “Accelerating the Implementation of Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) and National Adaptation Plans (NAPs) in Africa.” Held at the prestigious African Union Pavilion, the side event emphasized the Comprehensive Africa Climate Change Initiative (CACCI) project and underscored the necessity of private sector involvement for lasting impact.
