ReNAPRI signs MOU with FANRPAN

The Regional Network of Agricultural Policy Research institutes (ReNAPRI) signed an MoU with the Food Agriculture and Natural Resources Policy Analysis Network (FANRPAN) on 30th June 2022. This follows a decision of the 18th ReNAPRI Board Meeting, held on 1st June 2022. The MOU was signed by Dr. Damas Philip, Chair of the ReNAPRI Board of Directors, and Dr Tshilidzi Madzivhandila, Chief Executive Officer and Head of Mission of FANRPAN.

ReNAPRI and FANRPAN will collaboratively engage in implementation of joint activities in support of Africa’s agriculture and food systems development. The two institutions will develop training materials/curriculum and conduct training on arears of common interest at national, regional, and continental levels, and also conceptualize and facilitate consultative policy dialogues. The two parties will seek to jointly undertake research, reviews, and outreach, among other activities as spelt out in the MOU.
